Ramos Ferreira Danmark is recruiting an HVAC Team Leader to strengthen the production team in Denmark:

Responsibilities:

• Ensure project planning, guaranteeing proper execution of the work according to the general foreman's directives and the plans defined by the Project Manager;
• Ensure high-quality execution of work, in compliance with current regulations;
• Ensure correct execution of all testing procedures;
• Ensure staff punctuality by recording attendance;
• Ensure reception of materials and arrival of both human and material resources in line with the project plans;
• Ensure the organization of on-site storage areas;
• Manage proper use of machinery, tools, and warehouse materials;
• Promote the optimization of human resources, machinery, and support equipment, ensuring efficient management;
• Prepare weekly work plans, distributed by teams and activities;
• Comply with legal and other applicable (QAS) requirements in the area of responsibility.

Desired profile:

• Completed secondary education in the field of Water Systems;
• Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• Ability to read technical drawings and diagrams;
• Proficiency in interpreting schedules;
• Knowledge of English (essential).
