Ramos Ferreira Danmark is recruiting an HVAC Foreman to strengthen the production team in Denmark:

Responsibilities:

• Ensure project planning, guaranteeing that deadlines agreed with the client are met;
• Ensure proper execution of the work, in compliance with current regulations;
• Ensure correct execution of all testing procedures, according to defined requirements and acceptance criteria;
• Ensure accurate time clock records to avoid missing data in staff hour reports;
• Ensure the necessary safety measures for each activity, complying with legislation and safeguarding everyone's integrity;
• Manage the proper use of machinery and tools, ensuring the safety of both equipment and personnel;
• Manage warehouse materials, ensuring all required resources are available;
• Prepare weekly work plans, distributed across teams and activities;
• Comply with legal and other applicable (QAS) requirements within the area of responsibility.

Desired profile:

• Completed secondary education in HVAC;
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience;
• Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• Ability to read blueprints and diagrams;
• Proficiency in interpreting schedules;
• Knowledge of English (essential).
