• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, energy systems branch;
• Good computer knowledge from the user's perspective;
• Good knowledge of the English language;

• Good communication and interaction skills;
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
• Punctuality and sense of commitment;
• Driving License;
• Sensitivity and ability to promote the dissemination of the values ​​and vision of the Ramos Ferreira Group;
• High sense of organization, rigor and problem solving;
• Availability for national and international travel.
